UPDATE: INTERNATIONAL KARATE SUCKS

Seriously, it’s not like I remembered at all. You don’t even hit buttons. The entire game is played with the d-pad, and the only way to get a new game is to bring up a pseudo-keyboard on screen, and find the button that restarts a new game.

It’s a terrible interface. The company could have done much better in bringing it to the Wii. Also it appears that Karate Champ WAS the game that I enjoyed from my youth. International Karate appears to have just been the HongKong Knockoff version.

Certainly F’ed me out of five bucks.
