The Best Old New Show On Television

Thanks to the writer’s strike, Jess and I were forced to find shows that we had previously missed to watch; luckily, so were the networks.  Recently, they began airing the Showtime Original Series Dexter on Network Television.  We watched the first episode and really liked it, so we went out and started renting the DVDs.

This show is awesome.  We love it.  In only two weeks we breezed through the first 12 episodes.  And were just able to download a Korean screener version of the 1st episode in the second season.  Unfortunately, season 2 is not available on DVD, so we’ll be watching it with Yao Ming’s running subtitles, but that doesn’t take away from the quality of the show.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, I highly recommend picking up the DVDs, you can get all of season 1 off Amazon for like 20 bucks.  If you pick up $5 worth of other shit, you can even have it shipped to you free.  If you’ve got 12 spare hours, I highly recommend it.
