R.I.P. Ghetto Bhutto

Well, next month’s elections in Pakistan should be interesting now that the current prime minister’s opponent has been assassinated.  This wasn’t even the first attempt on her life.  The last one left 137 people dead, and she’s only been in the country of Pakistan since October.  Shit is out of control over there.  Islamic Militants are vowing to disrupt the voting anyway they can.  And while there’s more than one way to skin a cat, Islamic Militants only know of one way to do anything (Blowing Stuff Up).  That stuff usually being themselves and whatever is around them.

The Middle East is out of control.  We should really just get the hell out of there now, and turn our backs, while China gets them under control (They don’t have the Human Rights hangups that we do).  Seriously, the US Media is worried about who got waterboarded or deprived of sleep; meanwhile American Fraternities are requiring their pledges to go through more strenuous tortures than accused terrorists.  Oh, and did I mention that political candidates in other countries are blowing up?

Thank God, we don’t have this kind of thing in America.  It would certainly add a new meaning to “Stump” Speech.
