So Far, So Good.

This is the Newputer.Well, everything is working with my new computer so far.  I’m even blogging this entry from the new laptop.  It’s a Toshiba Satellite A-135, with a 120 GB hard drive, 1 GB of Dance Dance Revolution Ram, and an Intel Dual-Core Processor, that’s apparently $50 cheaper online.  I’m going to have to see what I can do about that.  They ‘optimized’ the computer before I got it which cost me an additional $40 on top of the online price difference.  Whatever, I barely made it out of my Circuit City situation with my sanity, I’m not going to go too nuts over getting screwed, since the whole journey forced me to go to 5 different stores, on 4 different days, in 2 different states, just to get my 5th choice of computer.  They were out of the Vaios and the HPs, so now I have a Toshiba.  Which ain’t bad.  The WiFi is pretty decent.  I’m not complaining, but I ain’t taking the stickers off it quite yet either.   I am however contemplating getting a SKIN for IT.  Perhaps Superman.

Just like my BED!

What do you think?  Are skins gay or awesome?  What should I get?  Should I personalize my own, or go with a THEME.   Let me know in the comments.

  1. Watch out for the over heat shut down. I have a Toshibia also and about 9 monthes in the fan stops working and you over heat. invest in a cooling pad asap.

  3. Toshiba makes a much better laptop than acer… much better… its no thinkpad, but its good

  4. A Superman skin? What’s next…Green Lantern?

    That’s a solid 6 on the Gay-o-meter.

  5. Coke skins are great, wish I had one or one created for Gay Pride.
