Red Cross – Purple Arm
I donated blood on Thursday, and apparently the lady tweaked a nerve and punctured the vein straight through. My elbow has completely filled with blood/bruise. As of Saturday afternoon my elbow as Barney Purple. It’s starting to dissipate but it’s also spreading. It looks worse now.
Guh, makes me happy that the talkative tech at the hospital the other night was quick and painless. The only sign that a needle entered my arm is the evil tape marks I cannot scrub off of the inside of my elbow.
