Kidd Chris Comes Back to Philly and Lady Gash Takes a Drubbing

It’s all there in Dan Gross’s latest column.

The Beatoffs, featuring former 94 WYSP morning host Kidd Chris, will perform Feb. 27 at Bootlegger’s (1936 MacDade) in Woodlyn, Delco. Chris, who now lives in San Antonio, assures us that Lady Gash, the musician whose racist song performed in studio led to his being fired last May, will not be on the bill.

I’ve no idea what the return of the band means for the Philadelphia market but any Beatoffs is GOOD Beatoffs.

I’ll be there. Will you?

Lady Gash isn’t to blame. It’s easy to see that WYSP was just looking for an excuse.

Kidd Chris was the bane of the Philly FCC since he had started his work…. Lady Gash was just an out for YSP to get rid of him for a reason. I Do not Blame Lady Gash for his Firing….. No one should.
