We Can’t Afford This

Now, that we’ve settled on living in New Jersey, Jess and I have spent the week apartment hunting.  We’ve looked at one bedroom basement apartments, dog hating condominiums, even a Gated Community that wanted 25% of my salary to be more than or equal to their yearly rent.

We’re looking at two (possibly three) more locations tonight, and will hopefully find a place that we both like in our price range.  The last possibility is an 1100 a month 2-BR, but for that we’d most likely need a roommate.  Anyone looking to move to New Brunswick?
